District Meeting: Early Bird Registration is January 15

Greetings Brothers of the Third District,

The Third District Planning Committee and Gamma Xi Chapter are working diligently to prepare for the April meeting. We would like to thank the Chapters and the Brothers who have taken advantage of the early bird registration and have made their reservation at the Holiday Inn host site. We currently have over 125 registered Brothers.

The early bird registration deadline is this Friday, January 15, 2016; the amount is $255.00 until Friday. After Friday the regular registration amount of $280.00 will begin.

Brothers, the hotel has reported that only 62 rooms have been reserved. The rooms are $89.00 per night; after February 28th we can not guarantee availability. We want all Brothers who desire a room for the meeting to have accommodations at the host hotel. I encourage all Brothers to make your reservations immediately.
